To initiate a repair request, please submit the form. Our team will review your request and will provide a work order # once approved.

  • LENOVO WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SOFTWARE-RELATED ISSUES.  (ie Microsoft/Bitlocker, Windows, Viruses, other Applications)
  • YOUR SYSTEM MAY BE FACTORY RESET (WIPED AND RELOADED)!
  • USI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS. 

How to locate your Bitlocker key: 

Login with your Microsoft account.   Account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

If no devices are shown, try another Microsoft account.
If Bitlocker is enabled, it’s registered to an account!

    Lenovo’s Statement of Limited Warranty

      Reloading (factory reset) is always recommended but can sometimes be avoided. If you choose to waive reloading, please review the following.

      - I understand that by checking this box it does NOT guarantee that reload will be avoided.
      - I understand that if Microsoft Bitlocker is enabled, with or without my knowledge, it is my responsibility to locate the correct Bitlocker de-encryption key. The service provider is not responsible for my access to my computer if Bitlocker is enabled.
      - If I cannot locate my Bitlocker key, I understand that the only alternative is to wipe and reload. I understand my data and programs will be erased.
      - I understand that by waiving reload, there may be software issues or other problems that may occur, and this is of no fault to the service provider. Further troubleshooting and repair that is necessary from waiving the reload will be billable at the service provider’s hourly rate ($80/hr).
