Our Story

Universal Systems was founded in 1989 as a local computer systems company focused on building and supporting custom technology environments. Long before cloud platforms and modern managed services, the company was built around hands-on technical expertise, operational reliability, and long-term customer relationships.

As technology environments evolved, so did we.

Over the past three decades, Universal Systems expanded from custom systems and business devices into infrastructure deployment, operational support, lifecycle management, and executive-led technology operations.

That evolution ultimately led to the Integrated Technology Enablement Partner model, a more connected approach to helping organizations manage technology across the full operational lifecycle.
